RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount, including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be refunded.

The costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are for the customer's account. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@shopjemooi.nl

We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Please note, for hygienic reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned if...

• the seal or sealing has been broken.
• they are damaged or used.

Notify our customer service by email that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may withhold reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever occurs first. The entrepreneur will use the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The reimbursement is free of charge for the consumer.
