Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After withdrawing, you have another 14 days to send the products back to us.

If you return the entire order, we refund the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid. If you return part of the order, the shipping costs are not refunded.

How do you register a return?

You can register your return via your account at account.shopjemooi.nl with the relevant order, by email at info@shopjemooi.nl, or with the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. We will then send you a confirmation with instructions.

Return costs

The cost of returning the products is at your expense, for example if you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or want to exchange a product. These costs depend on the rate your carrier charges at that time.

Did you receive a wrong or damaged product from us? Then the return costs are at our expense. In that case, please contact us first at info@shopjemooi.nl, preferably with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange the return.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product for another one? Register it as described above. The cost of returning the product is at your expense. As soon as we have received your return in good condition, we will send the new product. If there is a price difference, we will settle it with you.

Condition of the product

Return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may charge for any diminished value.

Exception for hygiene reasons: we cannot accept returns of sealed cosmetic products if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Refund

We refund you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you are withdrawing from the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have shown that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method. The refund is free of charge for you.

Preferably send your return with track & trace and keep your proof of shipment until you have received the refund.
