The Jan Marini Bioglycolic Bioclear Face Cream contains the same three-acid combination as the Bioclear Lotion—exfoliating acid, pore-cleansing acid, and azelaic acid—but in a richer cream formula that more comfortably supports dry and sensitive skin.
The formula contains exfoliating acid for exfoliation and texture improvement, pore-cleansing acid that cleanses pores and reduces impurities, and azelaic acid that alleviates redness and improves hyperpigmentation—in a cream texture that does not disrupt the skin barrier. Unlike the Bioclear Lotion, the cream is the better choice if your skin is dry, sensitive, or irritated but still benefits from the action of multiple acids simultaneously. Note: always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen when used during the day.
