The Cell Fusion C Purifying Toner is an alcohol-free toner with salicylic acid and tea tree that immediately balances the skin after cleansing. It regulates sebum, reduces inflammation, and refines pores without drying out the skin.
The formula contains salicylic acid — a beta-hydroxy acid that is the only AHA/BHA soluble in oil, allowing it to directly reach and clear out the oily contents of pores — supplemented with antibacterial tea tree extract and niacinamide which evens out skin texture. Unlike the pH Biome Toner (which focuses on microbiome restoration and pH regulation), the Purifying Toner is the direct acne and sebum-targeted step that addresses pores from within.

Choose this toner if you want to address pores and regulate sebum production for acne-prone or oily skin. Use daily after the Purifying Cleansing Gel, followed by the Rebalancing Moisturizer. When using salicylic acid during the day, always apply SPF.

After cleansing, apply to a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face, or pat directly onto the skin. Use morning and/or evening. If using during the day, always apply SPF.
Follow with the Cell Fusion C Rebalancing Moisturizer for hydration without greasiness.
