The formula contains TRF (Time Reverse Factor) — a combination of collagen with avocado and lupine peptides that stimulates skin cells to produce their own collagen and hyaluronic acid — supplemented with 4-layer hyaluronic acid that hydrates the skin layer by layer from the surface to the deeper skin layers. Unlike an ordinary hydrating toner, the Deep Hydration Toner also contains the patented NEO-CMS complex that transports active ingredients deeper, allowing the toner to also act as a booster for subsequent products.
