beMineral is a Dutch brand, founded in August 2012 in Nieuwegein by Greet Hoedeman. As a beautician, she was looking for a make-up line that she could recommend to clients herself without having to compromise on skin-friendliness. She couldn't find a product that fully met her requirements — and so she founded beMineral.

The formula is radically pure: exclusively mica, iron oxide, and titanium dioxide. No chemicals, no preservatives, no fragrances, no wax, no oil, no talc. beMineral carries the Dutch animal-friendly quality mark and has been officially cruelty-free since 2013.
